If you wish to pay online using your credit or debit card we use Google checkout. If you would rather send us a cheque or would like to arrange for payment on delivery in either London or Cambridge please contact us with details of them items you are interested in. 4Wall is based in Cambridge but has representation in London therefore in either areas we can arrange for you to view an item before you buy.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
All prints are professional packaged in hard wearing cardboard tubes, with each print individually wrapped in tissue paper to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each tube is padded top and bottom to ensure prints do not slide. Prints are posted recorded delivery.
4WALL GICLEE PRINTS
Giclee printing made its debut in 1985 and incorporates the technology of digital printing, whereby microscopic ink droplets are precisely positioned onto a surface. In our case this is either 350gms ulstrasmooth acid free fine art paper or high quality matt canvas. Giclee prints offer incredible saturation, depth of color, and a beautifully finished print that captures the essence of the artist’s intent. The Giclee standard insists on the vendor using the highest standard of archival materials, pigment based inks and 1440 dpi resolution printing. If framed under glass out of direct sunlight and humidity, 4WALL can guarantee a life of at least 100 years without fading or degrading.

The dimensions listed provide good guide to the size of the finished item however they may not be 100% accurate.
SIGNED/CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
We aim to get every print signed by the artist before postage. If for some reason this is not possible, for example the artist is out of the country at an exhibition, we will offer a Certificate of Authentication, signed by the artist. Alternatively if you are willing to wait a little longer for your item, we can arrange for it to be signed.
COLOUR
Colours of prints may vary slightly to what is displayed on the website due to Internet Users having different monitor settings, computer hardware, colour bits depth settings and millions of other reasons. However, the colour of your print will be exactly the intent of the artist.
CARING FOR YOUR PRINTS
Below are a number of suggestions which will prolong the life of your investment. Your Giclee print should be treated in the same way as any other original artwork. Once professionally framed you should consider the best location to hang it. We would recommend you do not hang you items in direct sunlight. It is advisable to hang your Giclee print in a room with diffused incandescent or halogen light. Fluorescent lighting is as damaging as sunlight, producing ultraviolet light in high concentrations. If lighting is applied directly to the painting, be sure the light fixture is at least 8 -10 feet away (a ceiling spotlight with a low emission is best). To further shield the print from damaging light exposure, use protective glazing such as UV3-coated Plexiglas in the framing. When cleaning the glass do not spray directly onto the glass, first spray onto a lint free cloth and wipe the glass. Spraying directly onto the glass could cause cleaner to run to the edges and into the frame itself, contaminating the mount or art. Finally, prints will perform better hung in areas with low heat and humidity. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on art@4wall.co.uk.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Print designs are available for purchase from limited edition series' until the set number of reproductions has sold. Prints are signed, titled, numbered and dated by the Artist.

All dimensions are given width x height unless stated. All measurements are given in Centimeters. The printed area is measured only.

4WALL is committed to the security of its customers and uses secure methods to both process cards and store order information.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
All postage and packing costs are included in the price and work is sent special delivery.Prices do not include VAT. Please allow at least 14 days for your artwork to arrive as there may be additional framing, printing or signatures from the artist necessary. You can always call or email for an update on your delivery status art@4wall.co.uk.
RETURNS
We can not see a scenario where you would be unhappy with your artwork, but if you need to return a piece for any reason within the first 20 days, you may return the artwork and will receive a full refund (minus postage and packing costs of £5 - £20 dependent on size and framing).
GENERAL
Please note that this is primarlily a fine art project but if you are interested in commissions of a commercial nature, we can glady direct you to the artist's agent.
